                               Dates to Remember 
  • Football Registration Are closed.
  • Physicals & Birth Certificates - Little League and Pee Wee no later than August 18th. No Exceptions.
  • Dinner at the Football Field - During the upcoming conditioning weeks we are going to be selling concessions on August 30th and 31st and then again on September 7th and 8th. We will be selling hot dogs, chips and drinks with all the proceeds going back to Arcadia Football. Please help us out by having dinner at the field while we watch our boys work their tails off!! This fundraiser could really help support our program and help us work toward puchasing new helmets and other needed equipment.
  • Conditioning Week – August 29th to September 2nd, 5:55 to 8 pm.
    • Must attend all 5 nights
    • First night – Shorts, Cleats, Helmets
    • Coaches will let you know each knight what to wear next
    • Players need: Cleats, Mouth Piece (not clear), and an athletic cup.
  • Weigh in dates 
    • Weigh-In will be at the Davidson County Recreation and Parks Department main office. Make sure you arrives 20 minutes prior to the weigh-in time.
    • Little League - Saturday, September 10th at 9:00
      • Players will be placed on the scale balanced at 135 lbs. We will not be figuring out their actual weight unless they are over the qualifications. Any child weighing more than 135 pounds will then be weighed up to the 150 pounds maximum for line play. Any child that falls between 135 and 150 pounds (line play) will be checked off and free to leave.
    • Pee Wee – Saturday, September 10th at 11:30
      • Players will be place on the scale balanced at 90 pounds. We will not be figuring out their actual weight unless they are over the qualifications. Any child weighing more than 90 pounds will then be weighed up to the 115 pounds maximum for line play. Any child that falls between 90 and 115 pounds (line play) will be checked off and free to leave.
    • Re-Weigh dates: Fridays, September 16, 23, 30, and October 7
    • The Last Day to Weigh- Friday, October 7, 2011.
  • Practices – Coaches will set schedule for each league.
  • Football Jamboree – September 10th, North Davidson High School – Time TBA
  • Pictures - Tentative dates – September 11th or September 18th.
  • Football games -  Start September 17th. Schedule and Times TBA
  • Football T-shirt Fundraiser – Now
    • T-shirts will be available by the first game
    • Cash or Checks made payable to ABC
  • Snack Schedule - Parents will be asked to sign up to bring snacks & drinks to each game. Sign-ups will start when we get the schedules.
    Coaches Gifts - Mid-Season we will collect $15 per player to purchase coaches gifts at the end of the season.
